60分钟后的面貌 ~~~~~~~ 香喷喷的香蕉蛋糕出炉了....!!!!! <不知道为什么中间会下陷的呢!!!>
说真的口感还不错啦..., 只是hor上面有香蕉的地方会比较甜咯!!!
Recipe from Yochana's Cake Delight!
Ingredient:
- 180gm butter
- 180gm fine sugar
- 2 nos extra large eggs - beaten lightly
- 250gm cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 220gm bananas - mashed
- 50gm dairy whip cream (can substitute with evaporated milk)
- 1/2 tsp banana essence
- 2 banana slice
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar till light and creamy.
- Pour in eggs gradually and beat till creamy.
- Add in whip cream, mashed bananas and banana essence and mix well.
- Add in cake flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and beat for a while only.
- Pour into an 8" round tray, and arrange slices bananas on top.
- Bake at 175c for about 50 ~ 60 minutes or until cooked.
